We love to constantly learn and improve our techniques, technology, and knowledge here at Wimpole Street Dental Clinic. We strive to offer the very best dental care possible which is why we invest so heavily in staff training, our recently refurbished clinic, and our state-of-the-art technology.

We also thoroughly love to give back to the dental industry, whether it’s through our publications, lecturing, work with universities and through our regular series of dental courses. By running our own dental courses, we can share knowledge with our colleagues in the wider dental industry for the purpose of advancing dentistry as a whole.

Below are our latest courses that we’re running in the coming weeks.

Digibytes – Camlog Study club series

29th of September 2021 at 6.30 pm

This course is aimed at the implant clinician who has either experience or interest in guided implant placement and digital restorative techniques and is ready to move to an advanced level. Professor Christian Mehl, one of Europe’s leading digital implantologists, will show the digital dental world at its best and how an implant practice can be run without a single piece of paper.

Delegates will learn the evidence base and science behind immediate implant placements and how to manage more complex cases such as full arch guided implant placement. This course will also teach delegates how plan and program a guide and how to troubleshoot and manage complications.

Implant prosthodontics

21st and 22nd of January 2022

A course for final year dental students at the University of Kiel, Germany.

Camlog implant course

1st and 2nd of July 2022

In this practical course we would like to explore the possibilities of digital dentistry with implantology/implant prosthetics and merge them into a practical overall concept. We emphasise the biological prerequisites for a long-term aesthetic-functional success in implantology and implant prosthetics. Exact digital planning and therefore, early visualisation of the treatment result, lead to a higher acceptance of the patient for extensive and complex implant prosthetic treatments.
