The canines and lateral incisors of the patient were missing from birth and the existing deciduous teeth had to be replaced. At the same time, the patient wanted to improve his smile by removing the gaps and misalignments.
Carried out treatment
The deciduous teeth (canines and lateral incisors) were removed and two implants (immediate implantation) was placed in the area of the two canines and immediately fitted with a fixed temporary to close the gaps. The lateral incisor was added as a cantilever to the canine temporary. After the healing phase of three months for the implants, the implants were restored with full ceramic bridges and the two central incisors were restored with two full ceramic veneers.
