Initial situation

This patient was scared of dentists and did not go to see one for a decade. She did not remove her denture and thus massive decays, gum problems and swelling of the gums can be seen. The patient wanted to restore her teeth and promised us regular visits to the dental hygienist.

Carried out treatment

As the patient was scared of dentist, she wanted to get everything done in one visit. In general anaesthesia we removed all the old restorations, cleaned the teeth, removed the decay, placed implants and did bone grafting and bone augmentations and restored the prepared teeth with a temporary. After 3 months wearing the temporary, the final impression was taken and then again two weeks later the final restoration was placed.
