Smile Makeover with Ceramic Crowns
Initial situation
The patient had joint crowns on her central incisors leading to poor gum health, failing ceramic veneers on her lateral incisors, and dark canines leading to an anaesthetic appearance of her smile.
Carried out treatment
After a thorough evaluation and a detailed discussion with the patient, a phase-wise treatment plan was made. First, we removed the failing crowns replacing them with high-quality temporary crowns to improve her periodontal health. Following stabilisation, we prepared her teeth for new ceramic crowns and veneers. The patient was given temporary veneers, which we modified to suit her smile window, and once approved this was fabricated into ceramic veneers by our ceramic artist to give her the results shown.
