Smile Makeover with Ceramic Crowns

Initial situation

The patient was unhappy with his smile and crowns done elsewhere and wanted a smile upgrade.

Carried out treatment

After the initial consultation and photographs, we showed the patient a few digital simulation options of shapes and smiles that would suit his face. We proceeded by removing all his old crowns and placing temporary crowns digitally designed identical to the approved smile by the patient. After feedback from the patient and minor modifications, we copied these designs into emax ceramic to give a highly aesthetic and symmetrical result. The patient was given a soft night guard post-treatment to protect his smile.
