Smile Makeover with Composite Bonding

Initial situation

The patient presented with multiple gaps between her front teeth and failing discoloured fillings. She wanted a smile enhancement to restore her confidence and natural smile.

Carried out treatment

After a thorough evaluation and a detailed discussion with the patient, we decided to prepare a digital 3D printed mock-up for her new smile. We proceeded by removing all her old failing fillings under rubber dam isolation, followed by redoing them correctly. Following this, we used the digital 3D printed mock-up to enhance her smile using composite bonding to close her gaps and give better proportions and symmetry to her teeth and smile.
