The following video shows how four front teeth were replaced with a full ceramic bridge carried by two immediate implants.
The patient had an accident as an adolescent and received four crowns. 20 years later the earlier trauma resulted in external resorptions and the loss of the teeth. Guided implantology and digital case planning helped to visualise the result before the actual operation.
