Case Study: All-on-6/All-on-4
This patient has had dental problems for decades and avoided going to the dentist at all costs. After 20 years not seeing any dentist he decided to change his life starting with his teeth.

Treatment undertaken:
After the standard initial diagnostical evaluation (3-dimensional X-ray, photos, printed models, evaluation of the bite and the function) all the remaining teeth were removed. Six implants were placed in the upper jaw and five implants in lower jaw. Additional bone augmentation was performed during the implant surgery. A temporary was placed in both jaws directly after surgery. The permanent restoration was placed two months later. The after picture shows the final result two years after the final treatment.
