Our appointment policies

When you book an appointment with us, we commit our undivided time and our resources to your treatment. This allows us to provide the best care and attention for all our patients and this is a standard we take very seriously. This means that if anyone else would like to attend at the same time as your appointment, we will be unable to accommodate them and they will be offered an alternative time.

If you subsequently then do not attend your appointment without providing sufficient notice, we are unable to allocate the time reserved for you to someone else; however, the clinic still has overheads and staff salaries to pay during the unproductive time.

Deposit policy

For this reason, it is our policy to request deposits and make a charge if insufficient notice of cancellations or amendments to appointments is given. This results in a better standard of care, where both patients’ and clinicians’ times are respected. 

Without securing their appointments with deposits, dental practices would have to plan their days differently. This often results in allocating less time per patient. We are committed to offering our patients the very best possible treatment, which is only possible if we devote adequate time for their appointments.
