CBCT plus diagnostics, report and implant measurement
From £400
The CBCT is a three-dimensional X-ray showing us nearly all there is to see with regards to the teeth and the bones. You will be given a CD which contains the program to read the data and we will give you a short report of our findings and a suggestion for a treatment.
CBCT plus diagnostics, report and implant measurement, drilling template
From £800
The CBCT is a three-dimensional X-ray showing us nearly all there is to see with regards to the teeth and the bone. You will be given a CD which contains the program to read the data, so that you can use it anywhere in the world and we will give you a short report of our findings and a suggestion for a treatment. We also take impressions from your teeth and produce a drilling template so that we know exactly in which position to place the implant. This leads to a better fitting restoration and should be used when two implants or more are placed.
Implant placement (per implant)
From £2,200
The charge for the implant really depends on the individual situation. Sometimes it is very easy to place an implant if the bone and the soft tissue situation allows it – e.g. no loss of bone volume or intact anatomical structures.
We only place implants from the biggest and best researched implant companies world wide – Straumann, Nobel Biocare, Zimmer Biomet and Camlog. Thus we make sure that the products have strict quality controls and that we have spare parts for the next 50 years.
If bone is missing and not replaced, the long term stability of an implant is impaired. We are experts in the field of implantation with simultaneous bone augmentation. Our goal is to establish enough bone to ensure long term successful implant stability and aesthetic success. Our bone grafting materials (e.g. BioOss, Endobon) are of bovine origin and come from the world’s biggest producers (e.g. Geistlich, Zimmer Biomet). We always cover our bone augmentation materials with membranes (also of bovine origin, e.g. BioGuide or Osseoguard). In cases of religious belief, we can use completely artificial materials, which are not as good as materials from bovine or porcine origin, but work as well. We only buy and use the best materials available on the dental market and continue to follow and contribute to the latest research on that matter as this area of dentistry is fast evolving.
In rare cases the loss of bone and soft tissue is so great that an implantation with simultaneous bone augmentation is not possible or only at a great risk. In these cases we use bone transplants from the lower jaw rear to augment the area where the bone is missing. Sometimes we combine this with a soft tissue graft/transplant from the palate. Once the anatomy is restored we can safely place an implant. The block grafting includes the bone transplant, the artificial bone and a membrane to cover the defect.
Sinus tap per implant
From £500
A sinus tap – or internal sinus lift – is a procedure to lift the sinus floor of the upper jaw to allow for a longer implant to be placed. It is a short but technically very sensitive procedure, whereby the lower bone is tapped upwards via the implant cavity. A height of at least 5 mm of the residual bone is needed for this procedure.
Sinus lift (lateral)
From £2,200
If a sinus tap – or internal sinus lift – is not possible due to a height less than 5 mm of the residual bone the sinus needs to be lifted from an extra lateral entrance. This procedure is technically very sensitive and should be done by experts. In almost all cases the implant can be placed simultaneously.
Simple implant exposure per implant
From £400
In case we have not placed the implant and the implant is still submerged underneath the gums, we have to perform a small cut and “expose” the implants to the oral cavity.
Implant exposure per implant with gingival graft
From £1,200
In case we have not placed the implant and the implant is still submerged underneath the gums, we have to perform a small cut and “expose” the implants to the oral cavity. If we don’t have enough volume of the bone or the soft tissue, or if the longevity and stability of the implant is compromised because of a lack of attached gums, we might decide to use a gingival graft to enhance the volume or the stability of the implant.
Implant Crown (anterior)
From £2,100
The position of the implant in relation to the other teeth is digitally scanned and photos of the colour of the neighbouring teeth are taken. The final crown is computer designed and milled out of a ceramic block and then ceramic veneered to match your existing teeth, polished and glazed. We use the best ceramics there are on the market (Ivoclar and Amann Girrbach) and have fantastic dental technicians to ensure stability and aesthetic perfection. If the colour doesn’t fit the first time, we try as long as needed to get the result absolutely perfect.
Implant Crown (posterior)
From £1,800
As with all our restorative work, the position of the implant in relation to the other teeth is digitally scanned and photos of the colour of the neighbouring teeth are taken.
Full ceramic dental bridge (3 teeth) anterior
From £4,800
For our bridges we make sure the gum situation around the implants is perfect. We then take a digital impression of the position of the implants. The final bridge is computer designed and milled out of a ceramic block and then ceramic veneered to match your existing teeth, polished and glazed.
Full ceramic dental bridge (3 teeth) posterior
From £3,900
A bridge for posterior teeth replaces one or more missing teeth in the back of your mouth. We take digital impressions and the a full ceramic bridge is computer designed, milled and colour glazed to match you existing teeth.
Per additional tooth
From £500
For any additional missing tooth we replace we charge £500
Per additional anchor tooth
From £750
For any additional tooth to be incorporated in the bridge.
All-on-4™ – Fixed teeth in a day
From £ 15,000
For this procedure we produce diagnostics records (3-D X-ray, models, a bite, photos, drilling template and a temporary). In the operation we remove the remaining but non-vital teeth – or teeth that have to be strategically extracted – place four implants per jaw, take an impression and produce an immediate temporary you can go out with on the same day. All pre- and post-operative medication is also included. The final restoration is produced with either a metal or ultramodern composite framework and individually placed with industrially prefabricated teeth. The gum is made from standard PMMA resin.
Extra Implants for the All-on-4 procedure – per implant
From £2,000
Although scientifically, four implants are enough to support a screw retained bridge, you may not be comfortable with only having 4 implants placed. The medical and technical procedure does not change, however more time and material has to be spent on placing and restoring extra implants.
Zygoma implant supported fixed teeth in a day.
From £25,000
Zygoma or zygomatic implants are implants which are placed in the zygomatic bone if there is no bone at all anymore in the upper jaw. The is a very specialised treatment only conducted by a team of experts at our clinic.
