I cannot recommend this dental practice highly enough. Professor Mehl has provided an exceptional standard of care and professionalism, and I have been genuinely impressed by both his expertise and his approach to patient care.

He is exceptionally kind, patient and reassuring, and completely non-judgemental. I have never felt embarrassed or uncomfortable discussing my dental hygiene, and he has always made me feel at ease. His positive and compassionate manner immediately puts you at ease, even if you are someone who feels anxious about dental treatment.

What I particularly appreciate is the personal level of care he provides. He remembers me personally, greets me when I arrive and genuinely takes an interest in me as a patient. This makes such a difference and is something I have rarely experienced elsewhere.

I am currently saving towards an implant, and Professor Mehl went above and beyond by building a temporary tooth. I was incredibly touched by this gesture and it is a wonderful example of the kindness and consideration he shows his patients.

He is also exceptionally skilled, even the injections were completely painless, which is something I have never experienced with another dentist!

I would also like to mention Jennifer (dental therapist) who is absolutely wonderful. She gave me an incredibly thorough deep clean, yet somehow managed to make the entire experience completely comfortable and pain-free. She did an exceptional job, and I was so impressed with the care and attention to detail she showed throughout. Jennifer is also incredibly warm and personable, her smile genuinely brightens the room. Like Professor Mehl, she remembers me personally, which makes every visit feel welcoming and reassuring rather than clinical.

I am extremely grateful for the care I have received from the whole team. Professor Mehl and Jennifer combine exceptional professionalism and expertise with genuine kindness and compassion. I was on vacation in London, and a crown came off during my first full day there.  I was literally 4,000 miles from home, and, as luck would have it, I was near the Wimpole Street Dental Clinic. The receptionist could see the panic on my face when I walked through the door.  He calmed me down by assuring me that he would make sure I got fixed up right away.  Soon after, I saw the dentist.  He was excellent.  Fixed me up in no time.  I was able to enjoy the rest of my bucket-list trip without worrying about my teeth!  I can't thank them enough! I first visited Dr. Raul Costa for an emergency appointment regarding a root treated tooth that had flared up. He was incredibly reassuring, calm, listened to my concerns, and took great care in explaining my options. Instead of pushing for an expensive implant, he referred me to an endodontist to try and save the tooth. Four years later, it is perfectly restored.
Dr. Costa is a highly competent dentist who combines exceptional skill, experience, and artistic talent. He only uses high quality materials to make sure any restorations last. He cares deeply about his patients, listens to your concerns, puts you at ease, and works with a fantastic team who are kind and supportive. I still get compliments on my smile today.
