Full mouth rehabilitation with bite correction

The concern

The patient had severely worn out and crowded teeth leading to faster fracture and wear of the teeth leading to a deep bite and decreased chewing efficiency.

The treatment

Aligner therapy was carried out first to reduce crowding. Following that, the teeth were prepared for new crowns. We first delivered digitally designed high-quality individual temporary crowns for the entire mouth which the patient tested for comfort and chewing efficiency. After testing the new bite for a few weeks, once the patient was comfortable and settled, we changed them to ceramic in a planned phased manner to ensure the identical bite was replicated and delivered. The patient was given a soft night guard to prevent grinding in the future and to protect his new bite.
