How does Veneers treatment work?

Step 1: Communication and diagnosis

An in-depth conversation about his concerns resulted in the patient revealing he would like, not only to restore his missing teeth, but also to improve the overall appearance and brittleness of his teeth. A digital blueprint of a possible outcome was designed.

Step 2: Mockup

After digitally designing her smile, our technician produced a “wax-up,” a physical model that represents how the veneers will appear. This model is then placed onto the patient’s teeth, offering the ideal way to preview the final outcome before starting the procedure. The patient was thrilled with the preview of her future smile.

Step 3: Restorative treatment

3 implants were placed and restored on his back teeth, the bite was raised, a crown replaced, 4 composite bondings on the lower front teeth covered the edge wear, and 8 natural-looking ceramic veneers on the upper teeth were crafted. The final outcome looks great, but, the teeth are protected against further wear and the bite feels extremely comfortable.
