In this video, we showcase a case where we restored a young patient’s missing lateral incisors using Maryland bridges. Despite the challenging situation, including gum recession and financial limitations, we managed to provide an aesthetic and functional solution.

Patient Overview: This 24-year-old female patient had congenital missing lateral incisors. The original restoration used a metal framework, which was problematic in terms of aesthetics and functionality. The previous work also bonded the central incisor and canine together, which was not ideal according to established guidelines in restorative dentistry. Additionally, the gum situation needed improvement to achieve a more natural appearance.
