In this video, we present a classic prosthodontic case where we restored a root canal-treated tooth that had failed, leading to a vertical fracture. This case demonstrates the step-by-step process of extracting the tooth, placing an implant, and finishing with a beautiful final restoration.

Patient Overview: The patient’s right central incisor had undergone a root canal treatment, but due to failed root canal treatment and a vertical fracture, it could no longer be saved. The options were either to do nothing, use a Maryland bridge, or proceed with an implant. The patient chose the implant option, and the procedure was carried out in a classic, straightforward manner.
