Our appointment policies

When you book an appointment with us, we commit our undivided time and our resources to your treatment. This allows us to provide the best care and attention for all our patients and this is a standard we take very seriously. This means that if anyone else would like to attend at the same time as your appointment, we will be unable to accommodate them and they will be offered an alternative time.

If you subsequently then do not attend your appointment without providing sufficient notice, we are unable to allocate the time reserved for you to someone else; however, the clinic still has overheads and staff salaries to pay during the unproductive time.

Deposit policy

To ensure the highest standard of care and respect for both our patients’ and clinicians’ time, our policy requires a full prepayment or deposit for appointments. A charge will apply if insufficient notice is given for cancellations or changes to appointments. This policy helps maintain a structured schedule and supports the delivery of optimal care.

The clinic operates a two-working-day (excluding weekends) notice policy for appointment cancellations or rescheduling without incurring a fee. If you wish to make any changes to your appointment, please notify us at least two working days in advance. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of any prepayment or deposit made.

Without securing appointments with prepayments and deposits, dental practices would face the challenge of reorganising their schedules, often leading to shorter appointment times per patient. We are committed to providing the best possible care, which can only be achieved by ensuring each patient receives the appropriate amount of time for their treatment.
