The decision was made to proceed with the Fixed-Teeth-In-A-Day approach using the All-on-4 technique. All of Natalie’s remaining teeth were carefully extracted, and implants were placed along with bone augmentation to support the new structure. Thanks to the meticulous coordination between Prof Mehl and Mr Leventi, Natalie received a set of temporary fixed teeth on the very same day.

One month later, after the healing period, Natalie returned for her final restoration. This consisted of a strong metal framework supporting beautifully crafted PMMA-milled teeth, designed to offer both long-term durability and a natural, confident smile.
