Biography

After qualifying as a dentist at the University Alfonso X El Sabio in Madrid, Adriano completed his specialisation studies with a Master’s degree in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics at one of the most prestigious dental universities in Europe, the International University of Catalonia (UIC), Barcelona.

Having received different awards from the Spanish Orthodontic Society and the European Orthodontic Society, he was granted a Fellowship by the prominent company Dentsply to provide treatment for intricate cases demanding interdisciplinary collaboration. Under the guidance of the esteemed Dr Federico Hernandez Alfaro, a widely respected Maxillofacial surgeon, Dr Sabia has refined his abilities and acquired invaluable knowledge in comprehensive dental care.

He has undertaken an extensive number of cases involving all aspects of orthodontics, including Invisalign, the use of mini-screws, orthognathic surgery and corticotomies.

Adriano advocates for early prevention of malocclusion and suggests that children undergo their initial orthodontic examination at the age of 6 to minimize the likelihood of future extractions and potential surgeries.
