Deep bite treatment: Adult smile makeover

In this video, we show how we solved a challenging case using classic prosthodontics—no orthodontics or composite buildups involved. This patient had a deep bite and functional habits that caused them to feel self-conscious about their smile. After addressing the functional and aesthetic concerns, the result was a confident, beautiful smile.

Patient Overview: The patient, around 34 years old, had been living with a deep bite and functional habits that led to an unnatural, distorted smile. Despite concerns, the patient preferred a quick solution and didn’t want to undergo orthodontics or composite build-ups. We decided to use prosthodontics to address the situation with a stage approach.
