In this video, we showcase an exciting and challenging case involving immediate implant placement, bone augmentation, and full ceramic restorations. We successfully restored the lower left quadrant with an implant and ceramic crowns.

Patient Overview: The patient presented with a root canal infection and a missing first molar in the lower left quadrant. Additionally, the adjacent teeth had insufficient crowns. The goal was to complete the entire restoration within two weeks. With implants generally requiring three months of healing before being loaded, this was a tricky situation.
