Immediate implant after a fall from a scaffolding

In this video, we showcase a case where we repaired a broken tooth in position 1.1. The patient, who had previously undergone a root canal treatment, suffered a fall from a construction site that caused further damage to the tooth. We opted for an immediate implant placement and restoration to quickly restore the function and aesthetics of the tooth.

Patient Overview: The patient had a root canal-treated tooth with a metal post and metal-ceramic crown, but after the fall, the tooth was severely damaged. A vertical fracture was present distally, and much of the tooth structure was lost. After assessing the situation, we decided to extract the damaged tooth and place an implant immediately to restore the function and appearance.
