Patient Overview: The patient, a young woman around 40 years old, suffered an accident when she was younger, resulting in four crowns on her upper front teeth. Over time, she developed external resorption, fistulas, failing restorations, and gum inflammation. Given these issues, we recommended a solution involving two implants for optimal aesthetic outcomes.
