In this video, we present a classic single implant restoration for a failed root canal-treated tooth. This case involves the extraction of a right central incisor, followed by the placement of an implant and immediate temporary restoration.

Patient Overview: The patient had a root canal-treated central incisor that failed after a few years due to a vertical fracture and external resorption. The tooth could no longer be saved, and after discussing the options with the patient, the decision was made to extract the tooth and replace it with an implant.
