Replacing broken posterior teeth with a dental bridge

Welcome back to our Case of the Month series! In this video, we explore the use of Maryland bridges to restore missing teeth in a highly aesthetic and challenging case. With the help of our talented dental technician, Berit Holbl, we successfully blended the restoration into a vibrant, natural smile despite the complexity of the surrounding teeth.

Patient Overview: This patient had two missing teeth in the front, with surrounding teeth that were very colourful and varied in size. Due to financial constraints, the patient opted for Maryland bridges instead of more invasive options like implants or conventional bridges. The challenge was to blend the restoration seamlessly with the natural dentition, which included a deciduous tooth on one side.
