In this video, we present a classic prosthodontic approach to solving a challenging case with minor surgical intervention. This case demonstrates how we restored the patient’s smile and bite through direct composite fillings, veneers, and bone recontouring to improve both function and aesthetics.

Patient Overview: The patient, having endured years of psychological stress and heavy grinding, came to us with significant damage to her dentition. The combination of shortened front teeth and hypertrophic bone required us to restore both the occlusal surfaces and overall bite alignment. The goal was to address the deep bite, lift the bite, and stabilize the patient’s occlusion to reduce stress on her joints.
