When Rosa first visited us, all of her upper teeth were either missing or in very poor condition. A decision was made to remove the remaining teeth and restore her upper jaw using an All-on-6 solution. Following detailed 3D digital planning, Prof Mehl placed six guided dental implants and a full-arch temporary bridge, allowing Rosa to leave with fixed teeth on the same day as surgery.
On the lower jaw, the front teeth were preserved and restored with a root canal treatment and six zirconia crowns. The missing back teeth were replaced with two implant-supported bridges, completing a balanced, functional and natural-looking result.
