Case Study: Aesthetic Dental Bridge

This patient complained of asymmetric central incisors, which had been caused by a previous dental work. We decided to replace it, but first the different gum levels had to be corrected.

We removed the bridge and placed a temporary. Then with orthodontic treatment the left central incisor was extruded to match the gingival level of the right central incisor. To improve the gingival volume deficiency a connective tissue graft was transplanted from the palate. The final restoration was a full ceramic bridge.
