Case Study: Veneers 9

After an accident as a child, the then fractured deciduous tooth damaged the permanent tooth resulting in three upper jaw front teeth of which two were fused together (also known as ‘non-genetic Gemination’).

Dentist:

Prof Dr Christian Mehl

Treatment undertaken:

To reduce the amount of drilling needed to correct the teeth a six-month course of Invisalign was started. After correcting the tooth positioning, the colour and shape were corrected using four full ceramic prep veneers and two non-prep veneers on the canines. The results shown are after wearing the veneers for six years.
