The second premolar of this patient had a vertical fracture and had to be extracted. Since the neighbouring teeth had also problems, we decided to restore all three teeth in one go, with a zirconia bridge. This is a great alternative to a dental implant, for cases where the adjacent teeth also need treatment, and for patients who prefer to avoid surgical procedures.
