This patient was concerned with an unsightly premolar, quite visible in her smile. The tooth was actually poorly restored with extensive multiple composite fillings. We decided to restore the tooth with a very conservative crown, which improved immensely the appearance of the tooth whilst protecting it in a much more adequate way than the previous restoration
