How does Dental Crowns treatment work?

Step 1: Understanding the problem

Gum health always reveals the quality of the prosthetic work, and it makes a huge difference aesthetically as well.

Step 2: Trying in the new crowns

As the previous dentist decided to insert large metal posts inside the roots, we knew that the outcome would be slightly aesthetically compromised. We chose not to remove the posts, due to the high risk of breaking the roots. At the try in, we could see that we would still have a much improve result.

Step 3: Final view

Two veneers on the lateral incisors and two full ceramic crowns on the central incisors where placed. Good integration with the rest of the teeth was achieved.

Step 4: Inspecting the details

The patient was absolutely thrilled with the results. Here, we can see the impeccable gum health, which is a clear indication that the crowns have been fitted with precision. The seamless integration between the crowns and the natural gumline not only enhances aesthetics but also ensures long-term stability and comfort for the patient. This level of fit is essential to maintaining both function and oral health.
