How does Immediate Implants treatment work?

Step 1: Diagnosis and temporary solution

The patient came to us with a broken lateral incisor, and our first priority was to ensure she left the clinic with a restored smile, even if only a temporary solution. Unfortunately, we found the root to be too compromised, requiring extraction. To replace the missing tooth, we recommend a dental implant, as it offers the most stable and long-lasting solution.

Step 2: Implant planning

Thanks for latest generation 3D radiology and scanning, we are able to meticulously plan the case before any clinical procedures. With he help of our software, the ideal implant is
chosen, a surgical guide is 3D printed, and a temporary crown is prepared.

Step 3: Implant procedure and immediate crown

A very predictable surgery will then take place: we remove the tooth, clean infection and place a guided implant, simultaneously with a connective tissue graft and a temporary
crown. The patient walks home with a new fixed tooth.

Step 4: Final implant crown

A few months later, the final implant crowns is crafted by an excellent technician. At this stage the gum has matured and the restoration looks and feels exactly like a natural tooth.
