All-ceramic conventional bridge in the upper jaw to replace the left lateral incisor
Initial situation
A previous dentist replaced an existing bridge with a new full-ceramic bridge, but discarded even the most basic rules of aesthetic dentistry leaving the patient with a unacceptable smile.
Carried out treatment
We removed the bridge and placed a temporary. Then with orthodontic treatment the left central incisor was extruded to match the gingival level of the right central incisor. To improve the gingival volume deficiency a connective tissue graft was transplanted from the palate. The final restoration was a full ceramic bridge.
