Case Study: Extraction, immediate implant, bone augmentation, connective tissue graft and temporary

This is one of my older cases, which has made us confident that immediate implant placement after extraction works even in cases with massive bone loss and no buccal lamella. This patient had a fall on her two front teeth when she was 12. At age 21 she came to us wanting a solution to her fistulas on both teeth. Initially, we tried to save the teeth with MTA root canal treatments, however the treatment failed after one year. Immediate implants and temporaries were placed in a compromised situation with the help of bone and soft tissue augmentation. The final work was placed after four months and the last pictures shows a recall after five years with a stable result.
