In this case the patient came to our clinic after having finished orthodontics treatment. She had congenitally missing permanent upper lateral incisors and also the canine on the upper right was missing.
Due to aesthetic reasons and space between teeth we decided to replace the upper right canine and lateral incisor with a screw retained bridge supported by one implant. The upper left lateral incisor was to be replaced with a Maryland bridge as the roots of the neighboring teeth were tipping into the prospective implant cavity increasing the implantation to an unacceptable risk level.
